The Mongolian Evaluation Association /MEA/ - Монголын үнэлгээний холбоо has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval) to enhance national evaluation capacity in Mongolia. This strategic partnership aims to support the development of a master’s program in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), strengthen evaluation competencies through Training of Trainers (ToT) initiatives, and promote knowledge exchange on international best practices and South-South-North Learning Collaboration through the Summer Evaluation Bootcamp (SEB) for Young and Emerging Evaluators (YEE) along with piloting and implementing he National Evaluation Capacities Index (INCE) to assess and strengthen Mongolia's national evaluation system. This milestone marks a significant step forward in advancing the professionalization and institutionalization of evaluation in Mongolia. It reflects a shared commitment to building a robust evaluation ecosystem and empowering the next generation of evaluators, positioning the Mongolian evaluation community at the forefront of regional and global evaluation practices.
