
Delgermurun Sukhbaatar
Partnership Chair
Delgermurun Sukhbaatar is a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) specialist with 15 years of experience in the development sector. He has worked with international organizations such as World Vision, ADRA, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and Canada’s Catalyste+, gaining extensive experience in evaluating project and program implementation, strengthening monitoring systems, and organizing training programs. In 2024–2025, he served as an M&E consultant for an ADB-funded technical assistance project, providing guidance on improving the evaluation and monitoring of official development assistance (ODA) projects. Prior to that, he worked as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Specialist for the MERIT project, funded by Global Affairs Canada. Within the MERIT project, he co-delivered results-based management (RBM) training alongside a Canadian advisor to central and local government agencies, including the National Academy of Governance. He also contributed to the translation and publication of a Mongolian glossary on RBM terminology. He played a lead role in improving the MERIT project’s monitoring system and coordinated the development of the project’s results reports. Delgermurun is a member of the Board of Directors of the Mongolian Evaluation Association, where he has contributed to the translation and public dissemination of the OECD evaluation criteria into Mongolian.
