Uyangaa Munkhbat is a monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) specialist and development professional with experience supporting international networks and national policy initiatives. She serves as a Board Member of the Mongolian Evaluation Association (MEA), where she co-leads the Evaluation Training Working Group and contributes to the Policy Evaluation Taskforce. She is also a co-lead of EvalYouth Mongolia, supporting the engagement and development of emerging evaluators.
Uyangaa holds an Advanced Master’s degree in Development Evaluation and Management from the University of Antwerp and has over six years of professional experience working in multicultural and network-based environments across the Asia-Pacific region and globally. She previously worked with WeRobotics and the Flying Labs Network, leading monitoring, evaluation, and learning initiatives and collaborating with international partners and donors.
She is currently contributing to Mongolia’s first national policy evaluation on food security and is involved in regional capacity development through the Asia-Pacific Evaluation Association (APEA). She also serves as CEO of WeGoGreen LLC, a company specializing in renewable energy solutions in Mongolia.
