Myagmartsermaa Delgersaikhan (known as Biba) is a young leader passionate about advancing
Mongolia’s development sector. She brings extensive expertise in project design and
management, grants acquisition and engagement, as well as monitoring and evaluation.
Currently, she serves as Resource Development Director at World Vision International
Mongolia, where she oversees grants, domestic fundraising, marketing and communications, and
the “Mongolians to Mongolians” local program. Through these initiatives, she supports the
country’s most vulnerable children with impactful humanitarian interventions.
Her professional background includes serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for
World Bank projects such as Strengthening Governance in Mongolia and Strengthening Fiscal
and Financial Stability, both implemented nationwide in partnership with the Government of
Mongolia. She also worked as Grant Coordinator for USAID’s Business Excellence for
Sustainability and Transparency (BEST) program, supporting small and medium-sized
enterprises, and prior to that as Grants Acquisition and Engagement Manager at World Vision
International Mongolia, where she partnered with major international financing organizations
including the EU, USAID, and SDC.
She holds a Master of Arts in Economic Analysis from Corvinus University of Budapest,
Hungary, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mongolia International University.
