Mongolian Evaluation Association (MEA) was founded in 2021 to promote professionalization and institutionalization of evaluation at national level in Mongolia. MEA is a government registered, non-profit, non-partisan Voluntary Organizations for Professional Evaluation (VOPE) and has been a member of International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE) since 2022.
MEA has 9 Board Members, 1 CEO and 150 members (as of Sep 2023) and work in the following 7 Topical Interest Groups (TIGs):

Mission of Mongolian Evaluation Association is the following:
- To promote application and standards of scientific evaluation methods in development policy and programmes of Mongolia
- To develop capacity of Mongolian evaluators
- To increase awareness and value of evaluation in society
- To contribute to strengthening of national evaluation system
