Our distinguished speakers for the session include:
1. Ms. Selenge Badrakh, a seasoned professional with six years of experience in the creative industry, specializing in marketing. She holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Development from St Andrews University, achieved through the prestigious Chevening scholarship awarded by the British government. Ms. Selenge established Mongolia's first company dedicated to providing sustainability consulting services to businesses. Concurrently, she serves as an advisor to the Deputy Governor of Ulaanbaatar Municipality, overseeing projects focused on social policy and green development. Additionally, she contributes to academia as a part-time teacher at the University of Finance and Economics of Mongolia, imparting knowledge on sustainable development.
2. Mr. Sanchir Jargalsaikhan, is a social scientist, activist, and consultant broadly concerned with socio-economic development in Mongolia and in the Global South. His main area of research focuses on problems of late and uneven development, democratization processes in post-socialist countries, as well as issues of environment, trade, investment, poverty, and debt. He has an interdisciplinary research agenda that combines political theory, global political economy, and international law along with Central Asian and Russian studies. He is a passionate and dedicated professional with 10+ years of experience in advanced qualitative and quantitative research; strategy and innovation; project and knowledge management; monitoring, evaluation and learning; technical writing and copy editing in international, public, and civil
Our moderator:
Ms. Erdenechimeg (Chimgee) Ulziisuren is a Founder & President of Mongolian Evaluation Association /MEA/ and a CEO & Founder of Cognos International LLC – Evaluation and Research Company specialized in fields of socio-economy, market, agriculture, environment and health. She has 14 years of research and evaluation work experience managing and leading national and international surveys and evaluations. Erdenechimeg is a member of Social Impact Measurement and ESG Topical Interest Groups of American Evaluation Association and MEA. She holds MSc in Social Research Methods from London School of Economics and MA in Population and Reproductive Health Research from Mahidol University in Thailand. She is a member of Professionalization of Evaluation Task Force of International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE) and a member of Professionalization of Evaluation Theme of Asia Pacific Evaluation Association (APEA) organizations.
