The Evaluation and Monitoring Department of the Government’s Implementation Agency, in cooperation with the German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval), is working to calculate the Index of National Evaluation Capacities (INCE) in Mongolia. The Mongolian Evaluation Association is providing support for this initiative. Data collection will take place from March 25 to April 15, 2025.
