With the Order No. 185 of the Speaker of the State Great Khural, the sub-working group was established to provide expert, methodological, and organizational support to the working group created under , with the aim of ensuring coherence between Mongolia's long-term, medium-term, and short-term development policies and planning documents, optimizing policy indicators, identifying issues in implementation, establishing a results-based evaluation and monitoring system, and improving the legal framework. In this sub-working group, members of Mongolian Evaluation Association /MEA/ joined to contribute their efforts. Dr. Luvsanjamts Ganzorig, Member of Parliament, is leading this sub-working group.

On July 29, 2025, the sub-working group meeting was held in which Ms. Erdenechimeg Ulziisuren, Founder & President of MEA made introduction of MEA, and Ms. Mendbayar Budee, member of MEA, delivered a presentation on topic of 'M&E system and challenges.' Also, Professors Byambasuren and Namkhaidagva of National Academy of Governance did presentations and facilitated open discussion on next steps.
