Dr. Michael Quinn Patton and Ms. Charmagne Patton kicked-off our 2023 Learning Session series on the topic of evolution of evaluation in the past 50 years. Most amazingly, our speakers studied our history, culture and even proverbs and linked them to evaluation which resonated and made easier for the audience to better understand the application of evaluation.
