Institutional tailor-made monitoring & evaluation training was delivered by Mongolian Evaluation Association /MEA/ to Community department team of Oyu Tolgoi LLC. The training covered theoretical sessions on foundational concepts of M&E, Theory of Change, Logical Framework and evaluation methods, as well as practical sessions on drafting ToC and Logical framework using the Operational plans applying the knowledge acquired.
