Graduation ceremony of ‘Young and Emerging Evaluators’ six-month internship
Here we conclude our first annual ‘Young and Emerging Evaluators’ six-month internship. The goal of the YEEs internship program was to provide evaluation-related knowledge and skills to Mongolian youth aged 18–34 who intend to enter the profession of evaluation.
Specific objectives of the program were as follows:
1. Develop evaluation-related knowledge and skills of young Mongolians
2. Provide opportunities to learn from experienced experts and young leaders
3. Provide practical experience for participants
4. Expand career opportunities for participants
5. Develop participants’ hard and soft skills
