On Nov 15, 2023, Annual Conference of Institute of Internal Auditors was held in which Erdenechimeg Ulziisuren, Founder & President of Mongolian Evaluation Association /MEA/ participated as a panelist at the session 'Internal Audit and 2nd Line.' She highlighted the difference of evaluation to monitoring and audit functions, and importance of the function of internal audit to be distinct and independent of monitoring and evaluation departments which is usually combined of these 3 functions in public sector in Mongolia today.
