Join us for MEA Learning Session 2024#2 on “Utilization-focused Evaluation (UFE): A decision-making framework” by Dr. Ricardo Ramirez, Mr. Joaquin Navas and Dr. Sonal Zaveri

We are delighted to extend an invitation to you for the Mongolian Evaluation Association /MEA/'s Learning Session 2024/02 on 'Utilization-focused Evaluation (UFE): A decision-making framework.'

Our distinguished speakers for the session include:

- Ricardo Ramirez is a Ph.D., co-lead DECI-AM, core-team member of DeSIRA-LIFT, and Credentialed Evaluator, of the Canadian Evaluation Society. Since 2009 he has co-directed DECI, a capacity-building project that trains researchers in evaluation and communication globally. He is an Adjunct Professor in Capacity Development and Extension at the School of Environmental Design and Rural Development, University of Guelph.

- Joaquin Navasm is a Sc, Senior Organizational Learning & Evaluation Consultant, and a member of DECI-AM and DeSIRA-LIFT, He also has more than 15 years of professional experience working with large and small agricultural producers in Colombia, Paraguay, and Guatemala. From 2009 onwards, Joaquin has worked as an independent evaluator of research projects seeking to influence policy for reducing social inequalities, mainly in Latin America.

- Sonal Zaveri is a Ph.D, Co-Chair of EvalGender+, and member of DECI-AM, She holds regional and global leadership positions - founder and former Board Director of Community of Evaluators South Asia; founder and coordinator of GENSA, Gender and Equity Network South Asia; co-chair EvalGender+; board member of International Development Evaluation Association - IDEAS and International Evaluation Academy - IEAc, and core member of the S2SE – South to South Evaluation which addresses asymmetries in global evaluation.

- Mr. Delgermurun Sukhbaatar, MEA member and M&E Consultant will moderate the session.
