In the pursuit of our vision to promote professionalization and institutionalization of evaluation at national level, Mongolian Evaluation Association /MEA/ strives to provide trainings on evaluation at various levels and contexts. One of such cases was the recent training co-delivered with our institutional member System Art Ventures Mongolia to Mongol Ecology Center which is also MEA’s institutional member. This collaborate training aimed at equipping individuals with the skills to effectively lead projects that drive meaningful change. These sessions emphasized the integration of various strategic methodologies, including monitoring & evaluation, system thinking, design thinking, and foresight thinking.
